RALEIGH, N.C. - January 29, 2001 - Today, Helping Hands of America, L.L.C., the
recognized leader in In-Home Companionship, awarded Carolyn Cowling marketing and sales rights to the State of Alabama for Helping Hands of America. Helping Hands of America provides In-Home
Caregiving and Companionship in North Carolina, and, Ms. Cowling approached Helping Hands of America regarding a franchise opportunity.

South," said Cynthia Densmore, president of Helping Hands of

Helping Hands of Alabama will manage and deliver Caregiving services to multiple customers across Alabama, as well as represent Helping Hands of America to the private and medical community.
